Any current Berkeley student is welcome to join! We’re looking for both rowers and coxswains.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not recruit and can’t help in the admissions process for prospective high schooler rowers.

To row for Cal Lightweight Rowing, students do not need prior experience with rowing, nor do they need to meet the lightweight rowing weight requirements (below 160 lbs for men; below 130 lbs for women). We have lots of athletes compete in the open weight division.
